Within 30 days of purchase, if you are unable to play the online film for technical reasons, please open a Support Ticket. Our support team will contact you with suggestions to rectify the issue. If you are still not able to watch the film, please reply using the original Support Ticket email you received from us and ask for a refund. We will check to see how much of the film was viewed, and a refund will be issued promptly if you have not watched more than 50% of it.
